Mental Health

It really intrigues me if mental health is always diagnosable by psychiatrist and therapists. Because I do not feel so.
People talk a lot about mental health these days, not in families though, I guess, at least in eastern concern. Also you will definitely see people who act like they are mental health advocates and truly understand the seriousness of the issue. But in personal life, they be accusing people of acting up, trying to run away and being overdramatic. Well, I really believe people with disturbed and imbalanced mental health often find it difficult to face reality, or simple life situations. And that's why it is a concern. If one could have advanced level of social anxiety and just enjoy going around in crowd, why would there even exist a term- mental health, or anxiety.
And a lot of times, mental health is not just mental, it is physical. It affects your eyes, your hands, your chest that stiffens and burns, your whole freaking body. So telling a person that they are anxious for no reason, depressed for absurd reason, has nonsense trauma, it is sk wrong. If you can't understand the severity, give good advice, you better keep your mouth shut. Why should you tell the one suffering that they are suffering in vain, that they are avoiding the reality in purpose. You dare to make people who are already in pain suffer more by forcing your perceptions that being anxious or okay is a choice. Lame! Inhumane.
The mental health patients are often concerned about family's worry or how they would perceive them as weak people. Some families might as well refuse to believe that depression and anxiety exists. Oh my family is more skeptic, they say Those who believe in god are never depressed or anxious. As if they never quarrel, never get angry, never worry and never shout. I doubt anyone from my family is okay. I believe each of us will probably need at least one year of specialized treatment for us to feel okay.
Kind words won't kill nobody. So, if you know someone might be suffering either physically, mentally or emotionally, maybe, use kind words or stay shut. Why poke their wounds? I wonder where out kindness have gone. Politeness is no more a virtue unless you are getting renumeration at a workplace.
Other things are there, but, with polite words, sincere acts of kindness all around the world, I believe 40% of mental health problems would have reduced. The education system made from generating single-sighted labors hasn't changed yet. And teachers take pride in passing on their rage and anger to students. Whilst they could pass down wisdom that resonates with knowledge delivered.
The world is so disturbing, so disturbing, so so disturbing. I don't know where to look for silver lining or ray of hope.
