Two years ago, I met a guy on internet whom I found amusing. We shared snaps and we started talking and became quite good friends. But honestly I prefer being friends with him online only. Few days ago he has shifted to my home city as he is pursuing masters in a college nearby my college. Honestly I don't wanna meet him. And ik that even he doesn't wanna meet me, bcoz he hasn't msged me even once that we should meet now that I am in your home town. But unfortunately my exams are going on and I need to go to college regularly, and he also happens to be roaming around in the same vicinity. I'm scared that what if accidentally we happen to meet. Idk it just kinda makes me feel scared. What do you guys think?

Someone you met online and have only known online is in reality a stranger. Proceed with caution, and you would probably be better off going with your instinct and avoid meeting him in person, sticking to your preference of being friends online only. Best of luck.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow, including the teachings of Christ Jesus. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required, although the former and latter are admirable if practiced freely out of one's own free will and without the threat of being beheaded. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Mark 12:28-31
And Christ Jesus said the 2 greatest commandments are:
Love God first and foremost.
Love your fellow-being as you love yourself.
From following or not following these, all good or evil cascades, respectively.
Love...that powerful, invisible, intangible force that cannot be denied; even atheists live and die by it.
Mary, Mother of Christ, intercede for us with your prayers, now, and always.
ReplyIf possible avoid him at al costs. It’s obvious what he’s after and why he’s there suddenly. Have some mace or a taser on you in case he’s nearby and acting strangely. Hopefully, the latter doesn’t occur but better safe than sorry.
