So I come back from this place called northsprings...and the bullying (not towards me) was pretty bad there from both staff and patients. There was this one girl, mylo(not legal name) in particular. In the beginning she was nice and she had a good character, but somewhere along the line she changed- like she was always gossiping about everyone else and drawing lines between patients (she wasn't the only one person doing so). She did it with another patient who was eighteen, and they would often gang up against the younger ones (usually 10-11)who "got on their nerves". The eighteen yr old had exceeded her stay, but they allowed her to continue her treatment- in other words she was there out of her own volition. Yet the staff oftentimes catered to her and made the younger ones out to be the bad guys, despite the fact that she would often instigate the altercations that would take place between her and the younger patients. There was also this staff, named Mr. C, and he would gossip about patients with other patients and give put their confidential info, but he was a favorite among most of the kids who "didn't get on his bad side". Lemme give you an Idea of his character (at least how I see it).
Story one:
So this happens on Google meet. The patients online were doing funny things and this caught the attention of the patients doing in-person. So this one kid named Shawn yells out "do some gangsigns!". So Mr Chris is standing in the doorway, doing a weird pose, and he yells "hey Shawn" and the room quiets down. Then, Mr Chris says infront of everybody "remember when you first came here and you were so quiet? Yea I liked you better like that". Mr Chris did that to embarrass Shawn even though what Shawn did was a bit inappropriate. So here's the main story. After I discharge from php, I'm feeling a lot of resentment towards the staff, so with no other way to get the company's attention, I take to the reviews to voice my distaste, I write two bad reviews, one about Mr Chris, and on about the place in general. Now, please keep in mind that I am in middle school and mylo is in high-school (junior), so when I go and revisit the reviews, mylo, with the review name mylo get sass, has posted a review praising staff and bashing my review and character in the process, also spam reporting my review about Mr Chris. I've been trying to say strong, but maybe this has effected me more than I want to believe?

Why can't I love you
I believe in love and I know everyone deserves to beloved. I love hugs and I it's because they make me feel like I belong. I have never found hard to accept...
sounds like a toxic place you should take a break from.
ReplyDon't worry about this. I know it seems very serious now but later it won't matter.
ReplyHopefully management reads the reviews and takes corrective action with the staff. Until then, keep in mind that sadly this type of immature behavior is done by immature people and all you can do is lead by example. Best of luck.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow, including the teachings of Christ Jesus. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required, although the former and latter are admirable if practiced freely out of one's own free will and without the threat of being beheaded. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Mark 12:28-31
And Christ Jesus said the 2 greatest commandments are:
Love God first and foremost.
Love your fellow-being as you love yourself.
From following or not following these, all good or evil cascades, respectively.
Love...that powerful, invisible, intangible force that cannot be denied; even atheists live and die by it.
Mary, Mother of Christ, intercede for us with your prayers, now, and always.
And after our worst deeds - never forget God forgives us when we repent through Christ Jesus.
