Today I had to visit a government department about some documents a family member needed. I went there and I asked what to do to get those documents. They told me I had to apply through their website. I told them the account was connected to a phone that wasn't mine, so I couldn't get the verification code at the time. They kept on asking the damn username and the password. I told them that I cannot access the account. They sent me to another person, at some reception and she started yelling at me BECAUSE I WAS TALKING FAST. I kept repeating that the account was connected with a mobile phone number that another family member has, and they cannot answer because they're at work. I also told them that I had an issue with their system because it totalled the amount of a three-digit number to pay which was too much, and someone who works in another department told me to visit them. Further, I ASKED THEM "okay, can you help me do that?" and she started getting angry. She told me to calm down, as if it was my fault she couldn't understand a word I said, but I wasn't talking THAT fast. I just said the words altogether, not my fault her ears cannot connect to her brain. Damn bitch got me anxious and on edge. Then, another old lady came and she told me to enter her office, she got into their website and got me the documents. I MEAN, WAS IT REALLY MY FAULT? LIKE, SERIOUSLY?
