Dream/Thought: Imagine if you had a deadly disease you were immune to

So imagine you got a deadly disease like the plague, but it went under the radar. But one day, you go to a doctor and get a checkup, "oh a blood test; sure", you get that blood test and they find something like the plague which is a contagious disease that should have killed you. So they deliver this information back to you, and they run another test where they find out your immune cells know how to manage and bond with the disease. And that you are very lucky that you have the immunity because technically, you should be dead.

So, you have this information now, but why hasn't this affected you before? Because it stayed dormant, but now it comes alive again, and you begin transmitting the pathogens that cause this disease through every single breath. You don't know it's become active yet and you feel fine because it doesn't affect you.

A bit later, some people start having lesions grow on their bodies and they start dying horrible and painful deaths. Well guess what, it's the same thing you have that is doing this and it's starting to spread fast. Even to some of the doctors who found the bodies. Everyone gets urged to protect themselves because this could kill anyone.

And after that, they link the breaches back to you, and it turns out you just unknowingly killed hundreds of people and more could die too so you get told to isolate and stop yourself from spreading it. But you would be there maybe even guilty because you can't control this and you kill anyone you even stand in the same room with, but you have a life to live, a job to do, people to see and whatnot but you leaving your house or anyone walking into your house would mean death. At this point, you consider killing yourself for the greater good of people, but you can't because you still have the psychological defense that keeps you alive.

In the end, there is nothing you can do, all you can do is avoid people which is avoiding been human. Many animals need some sort of contact with other animals (regardless of the species) and humans are one of these animals. We need contact but without contact, we get lonely.

The reason why I wrote this is because I have been dreaming I was the one with this and I actually got infected by a partner but we are both immune and my family is also immune, but I ended up killing my coworkers and the people I hang out with in the art group I go to. I just want to know what this dream could mean and if anyone else has had some dreams like this.
