To my ray of sunshine,

You are all I have dreamed of, my shelter in the pouring rain, my blanket and the sunshine on my face as I wake up in the morning.

With you I feel safe and nurtured. I'm spoiled, yes I was with you by my side. I prayed that I can have you everyday. Long hours to spend with lots of talking. I was hoping that we could be together as always but I'm feeling that I can never let you stay for good.

You have been my comfort for these past years and I'm totally happy to have you but I know that there will come a time that you'll stop and you'll give up on me like you are doing right now.

I'm hoping that you'll come back but I'm also certain that you'll eventually leave. I wish you all best and all the happiness that I could pray for. And again, thank you for shining in my life for giving me a shoulder to cry on and most especially a hearing heart that comforted me when I needed it the most.

Thank you for the courage to stay for this long. I hope for more years but if this is all that I'm gonna take. I'm gonna be more willing to accept it and keep it close to my heart.
