I have been feeling so low for so long. I suffer from depression and anxiety and although people who see me from the outside may think that I am one of the happiest and stable person, inside I think I am just empty.
I say that I wish I could cry because I can't even bring myself to do that anymore, I remember the times when I could cry and a good long cry would make me feel so relieved. But I haven't properly cried in maybe years, I am afraid that I don't feel things anymore. I don't know what is going to make me feel something.

Replythis might sound weird but eventually the cry will come you can't force it but when it comes it'll feel like a great release make sure you are staying active and interested in your surroundings life and the people around you and look for help whenever you need it
ReplyCrying is... a very intersting thing, sometimes it happens out of nowhere and it might startle you. But don't worry you will eventually cry, and I'm happy that you acknowledge the fact that yes, crying CAN actually make you feel better. But in the meantime, if you feel like you can't feel something anymore try to find happiness in life's little things :) no matter how tiny they are. when I feel sad, I sometimes look outside my window, and I look at the sky, the trees, the way light is casted on them and makes them glow bright green. Yeah, its nice. Also maybe try going outside and do that. Try to go to your backyard or go for a walk breathing big lungfuls of fresh air might make feel free or just happy. And I think thats the beauty of it because then it brings you a little joyful moment and it makea YOU feel a live. Hope this helps :)

Replyit's okay if you can't cry. you don't have to force yourself to do so. try doing something you miss doing or open up with someone who's rly close. listen to songs that bring you nostalgia. eventually u can cry and feel a lot better. I hope you're doing better now. I'm rooting for you<3
