They always come back

My creepy ass ex boyfriend messaged me the other day after nearly a year.

For some context, we broke up five whole years ago, we dated for like 5 months but continued occasionally hooking up for 4 years.

I made it clear early last year that I was done, despite him threatening (yet again, not the first time) to unalive himself. He was creepy as hell, and looks like he snuck onto earth. He is a grown man in his mid 20s and posts cosplay tiktoks of equally creepy British singers because he is unemployed and has no friends. I think my brain finally developed properly, thank god.

Anyway, I told him I had a boyfriend, because I do. I then blocked him and went about my day. Well my friend came over for dinner yesterday and I was telling her about it, we then decided to look at his social media. It was tragic. The day after I told him I had a boyfriend, he posted a picture of him (which was so edited, he looked like a different ethnicity) with the song Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne playing over it. The caption was also "I'm single now." like he wasn't single the entire time.

I just found it really funny and thought I'd share with people.
