Initially, everything was smooth sailing at work with a stable environment and supportive colleagues, team lead, and managers. However, after six months, our manager decided to step down for personal reasons. Unfortunately, the new manager brought toxicity to the team, along with a team lead who was inexperienced with our account.
To make matters worse, my trusted team leader, who always had my back, decided to resign. Shortly after, the new manager and team lead launched a barrage of baseless accusations against me, leaving me little chance to defend myself.
Faced with an unfair situation and toxic management, I decided it was time to move on.
If you're in a similar situation, and you're yearning for a healthier work environment, I encourage you to listen to yourself and consider making a change. Thanks for reading.

Thank you for this post. With jobs I've had I noticed that it was when a boss or supervisor was back stabbing other staff or mimicking someone in a silly voice or any other nasty thing this gives all staff permission to do the same things. Bosses and supervisors lead by example and don't realize it. People look up to them and they bring toxicity into the workplace with their nasty examples. At one job I had there was a woman who was ganged up on by three others. She told the male boss who didn't seem to understand how bad things were for her and he told her to ignore them and just come in and do her work. She tried that and had a nervous breakdown. So, as you said listen to yourself and consider making a change. Or if things are very bad and very hard to tolerate leave and find another job. Toxic environments can make people sick.
