Uhm, Ik I am not fat but I feel like I will gain weight if I'll eat very much...Few months ago I had so low appetite and now it has increased and I've been eating more. I have experienced body shaming when I was little and now, as a teen I don't wanna experience it again...Yeah I do stretch and stuffs but there's no use of it if I eat a lot, no? I am always stressed which at the end makes me wanna eat...I cannot control the stress but I can control this, right? plz gimme some advice..

Increase your teas or liquids (like smoothies). You'll still get nutrients without depriving yourself. Your body is growing right now and will change up and down over the next few years. Fertility takes a lot of work for your body so don't deprive it of the nutrition its asking for. Your body also might be asking for more because it's not being what it needs. When your body is starved, it thinks there's a famine and will hold on to every bit of fat that comes in. If you eat regular meals and snacks, your body will think, "Oh, cool, there's not a food shortage" and you'll keep a healthy weight. I'm a biologist.

ReplyThey hydrate you in between meals and they also fill you up. Tea is good for your metabolism. Smoothies have a lot of nutrients without making you feel full for a long time.
