To everyone who have been told that they couldn't achieve their goal.
It's time to say "watch me" and do exactly what they told you that you couldn't do. Because if it's something that you really want, then who are they to tell you that you can't achieve that?
What gives them the right?
While they complain and try to belittle you, prove them wrong. Don't take their words for the truth. Do not let them belittle you.
Because their distrust is a sign of their own insecurity. And while you go achieve your dreams, they will be left behind with their own broken dreams.
Do it for you.
Because we know that only you set your own limits.
Go live your life to the fullest, cause nobody else is gonna live it for you. You probably won't get your dreams served on a silver platter, but YOU can make them come true.
To the person who was told that you aren't good enough, go prove them wrong.
I dare you

Far from normal
Imagine being this person. Failure at life so far. Beaten down by society to know you don’t matter. Nothing of value to life. Being tested for how damaged...
Yeah. It's messed up when you already achieved your biggest goal. So now I'm gonna make a few CDs and get better at guitar. Not shooting for the stars or anything but at least there will be things left behind.

All I can add is - in my humble opinion, there is so much outside of our control. So we should try to give faith a chance also, to do our best and in God's hands leave the rest. I'm not referring to religion - I'm referring to faith; it's a journey, not a light switch.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow, including the teachings of Christ Jesus. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required, although the former and latter are admirable if practiced freely out of one's own free will and without the threat of being beheaded. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Mark 12:28-31
And Christ Jesus said the 2 greatest commandments are:
Love God first and foremost.
Love your fellow-being as you love yourself.
From following or not following these, all good or evil cascades, respectively.
Love...that powerful, invisible, intangible force that cannot be denied; even atheists live and die by it.
Mary, Mother of Christ, intercede for us with your prayers, now, and always.
And after our worst deeds - never forget God forgives us when we repent through Christ Jesus, when we change our minds and our actions.
