Recently, my stomach has been looking bloated/fat. As someone who is always excersise and doing cardio/light weights, it should look like this. I then realized around the time it started, I also started a new corporate job. Which basically meant I was sitting down for 8 hours for very little standing breaks. My doctor dismissed my bloating since my blood tests were normal and said my weight is normal. Now I feel like I’m just gaslighting myself into thinking I was slim before. But I’m almost certain my stomach doesn’t look normal at all. Has anyone else experienced severe bloating due to sitting down for long periods of time? Like I feel like my stomach is double its normal size I’m going crazy.
