You’ve been playing a game that I haven’t. It involves you being with others, manipulation. I sat in wait for someone I thought as everything, worth everything, only to realize what you were doing while I was waiting was devaluing you to a point your attractiveness has lowered. There’s something to be said about purity and being loyal, even if you’ve been loyal to all the wrong people. Your pureness is real true currency, it’s real, it’s alive, real true living, the ability to freely be, without being hindered and tarnished. Yes, I want a shiny person that knew that waiting, and polishing while you wait makes you gleam. Your currency has all been squandered on fast people. I thought you might gleam, but people have left markings on you because you invited them in and let them leave those markings. I’m sorry if I’m not motivated, but you’ve made it near impossible to see any gleam left in you. You let them darken and shade you and turn you into something that squeezed out that innocence, that gleam that I loved.
