Three years ago, I had a friend. We used to hang out a lot and, of course, take photos together. She turned out to be using me for homework. Not only that, she humiliated me in front of everyone by yelling to the class "Hey!! She has a crush on (my classmate's name)!!". I deleted all the photos because each time I looked at them, I cried.
After that situation I obviously needed support.
2 years ago I was dating a guy online. He used me for game money. He always said such sweet words to me, and it turned out to be a lie. When I was crying he tried to calm me down by saying things like "It's okay to cry" and "It's not your fault". Did he even mean it? And he didn't even apologize or tell me "Sorry, but we have to break up". He simply started ignoring me.
Only one person I ever actually trusted... My friend. I started to have a crush on him. Guess what? He found a girl before I could even tell him. I didn't want to ruin his happiness with my sorry ass, so I just... left.
And now? A new crush! Someone talked to me, wow. But... He wanted to sit next to his friend today, and then when the friend told him "(my name) is sitting next to you", he immediately looked for another place to sit at. I jokingly asked "Hey, am I that scary? I don't bite." and his friend just went like "He probably just doesn't want to sit next to a nerd".
...
I don't even know why, but that hurt.
