I have always wondered if we could apologize to each other before we parted ways
Because death is certain, but its time is unknown
I hope that we could come to work every day, with the intention of giving their best for the job, and feeding enough for our family back home with a day’s pay
For every 9 hours that we have is worthy, and every hour is paid accordingly
I hope that we could come to work with the intention- I am going to fulfill my responsibilities, and make sure that I don’t trouble anyone
Because is it not a divine act to help others? If you cannot offer any help, at least don’t trouble them instead?
Why do some think that it’s okay to put your fault as if it’s mine?
Why do some think that it’s okay that you can spend time with your family while other doesn’t have to?
Why do some think that it’s okay to delay in your task, because other people can finish it for you?
Why would you think that you wouldn’t be kicked out if you were placed to work in the other sector?
Why couldn’t you be thankful every day for having this work where you are secured until you’re old?
Why couldn’t you work harder as a way to be thankful that you got this job instead of being unemployed?
Why would you look at others’ bad/sins, and ask me that you just ought to be like that?
You don’t have to give excuses and reasons because I don’t ask for the answers
I ask those questions for you to ponder, and reflect, and just improve
Because that is all that I wanted from you
Sincerely,
Your exhausted, soon to be ex-boss
