I don't know who I am. I think of myself as a pushover, and I realized all of the things, I never did them for myself. I try to work hard for my parents and friends. Basically living up to others' expectations. But when I do things for myself, I don't know. I'm cconfused if I'm doing the right thing.
How do I learn about myself?
How do I love myself?
I'm very self-deprecating. I criticize myself a lot, for being an introvert. For being overweight. For being not fashion attentive. For not putting on makeup or presenting myself nicely. For eating too much. For being awkward around everyone.
Who am I? What do I do? How do I solve my problems?

Like yourself just as you are.
Dress and do whatever you want rather than what you think others want.
Replywell first off only you can find out who you are, i just learned this recently, you have to find out what you like to do say for instance i was depressed and had anxiety until i found myself (by myself) i found out what i like to do which made and makes me me which is draw play basketball listen to music dance and all sorts of stuff. And secondly you need to find your passion and your dreams i found out my passion was helping kids so now im trying to go to college to to be a pediatrician im 17 btw. and so yeah just do the things you want to do that sets you apart from others i hoped i helped bye.
