I have a lot of feelings in my head, I show happiness on the outside, to cover for how I actually feel, from unhappiness to anger.
My mood changes a lot too, I can be happy and then after someone says something or for no reason, I feel anger. Does anyone have any ideas on what's wrong with me?

Just letting you know someone hears you. Sounds like you got a lot bottled up. Showing it sometimes isn't a bad thing. Telling someone you have those pent up feelings can help. People make act shocked, but it's important you explain what happens in your head (even if you aren't quite sure yourself) so they can start to learn the signs and be there when you are feeling a bit edgy.
Trust me, one person asking if you're okay or calling you up when you're shaken can make the world of difference.
