Protractor

By the abrupt way he grabbed the protractor off the desk, no hesitation a sudden move. It makes me think..was he planning this? Was he thinking in his mind of me, wanting to do some sort of interaction no matter what it may be, and he decided to grab the protractor off the desk. No words spoken. Just a "you're welcome". But why? He had no reason to grab the protractor. Some may say "oh he was just being nice". But it's an unusual act. He went straight to my desk and just snatched it like it had been waiting for him. Why did he grab the protractor off my desk? Why do I have a tiring tendency of wondering why he grabbed the protractor off my desk? It's because this move, this quick meaningless move meant he was thinking of me. Deep down in his happy life full of love I'm still back there. Miles down in his mind through twist and turns in complicated paths for just a quick speedy sliver of a second, a thought that says more than what is perceived. "Maybe I'll take the protractor off her desk"
