So, I guess I am finally giving in to all who have constantly been telling me to start writing. Many of my friends feel as though documenting what has been going on/telling my story will be stress relieving. However, I am unsure. I guess we'll see how this goes.

In the same way that a dialogue can be therapeutic via "getting something off your chest," so to speak, writing down your thoughts can produce much of the same result. It can't hurt at least.
