Journal entry. 5/30/2017

I hope that wherever you are that you are doing well.

I don't wish heartbreak or death on you.

I don't hope that you never find love or that you will be alone forever.

Wishing those things would make me a bitter person.

I honestly don't think that there will ever be a day where I won't remember

how you broke all our hearts.

Or that you stepped on all the little pieces as you walked out.

But it is getting easier.

And I am starting to think of you less and less.

We all are.

But what I do hope for you is this.

I hope you wake up one day,

either alone or with someone beside you.

I hope you make a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise.

And then I hope out of the clear blue it hits you.

And you can't breathe because you think of the things you did to us.

I hope you feel dead inside realizing all the pain you caused.

And then for a slight moment I hope you miss us,

and then i hope you remember you’re the one who threw it all way.

And the thing is.

That day will come.

And by then we all will be sharing that pot of coffee,

watching the sunrise together.

While you're all alone.
