My legs shake so violently, and it happens every night. I also get cold, however, this is normal for me when am experiencing a strong feeling, in this case, it's stress.
I can't seem to calm myself down. I Sometimes fall asleep peacefully, but then wake up about 10-25 minutes later, and I can't fall back asleep. The cats I sleep with calm me. I hate the thought of even going to sleep because I know I will have trouble falling and staying asleep. Even though, I know that I'll fall asleep anyways. My mind just won't stop thinking. It's worse because I have school and I know I have to get sleep otherwise I'll end up falling asleep during class. That creates pressure that I need to fall asleep faster. I wish I didn't have this problem, but my mom and aunt also have the same issue. I don't feel that stressed when I fall asleep before someone else. Insomnia is new for me and I don't know how to deal with it yet. Thank you for taking time to listen to my problems. How nice of you.

Keeps me up at night
My anxiety is at it's worse at night. It often blocks me from sleeping. At the very least falling asleep. Other nights, I fall asleep and twitch and wake up...
I wouldn't say I have insomnia but I do tend to stay up well passed when I should be sleeping. Waking up in a panic because well I don't really know why. You know what I do? Lay down and listen to music. Headphones on, lights off. Just getting lost but that's me I enjoy music like that. How about you?
