Stress from parents and work gets to me all the time. What does it feel like to not have stress in life? It breaks me down day by day, I don't see a purpose of me going through this anymore. What can I do to put away this negative feeling of mine?

I feeling like this at the moment especially at work. I think certain people or yourself are putting pressure because we have high expectations and want to do well.
ReplyI'm feeling the same way. What do they say, misery loves company? Ha. In all seriousness, the only way I handle it and push through the negative cloud is to keep myself busy, I found a hobby I enjoy, writing and drawing, listening to music. I focus on creating and it takes me out of my own stresses at least temporarily...
Another thing that helped me big time is I became estranged from my toxic father who was very stressful, and i'm honestly happier for it. I don't know what your story is with your parents, but maybe you should think about cutting people out of your life who are only making your life hard. Just because someones your parent doesn't mean they have the best intentions for you. In regards to work, you don't have to stay there forever, i'm sure you have transferable skills you've gained over the years, find a better less stressful job.
