One of my not-so-close friends had posted a status on WhatsApp that read something like “I don’t care who you are, but nobody deserves to go to sleep not knowing why they weren’t good enough” or something close to that. At the time, my reaction, when I saw this was “pfft what a looser, girls won’t even talk to him”. But now I find myself relating my ass off to this quote.

Thing was, I didn’t get it. Like why won’t she reply, where did I screw up? And the fact that we are living in the 21st century makes matters worse. She’s on all the social media I’m in. I can’t help myself but to go and stalk. And that’s when I notice the interactivity she has had with other people’s shit post getting my DM. Her thumbs were definitely functional, and I’m back to asking myself “why?”.

This has never happened to me before…no wait, it has but not like this. I get it if you see-zone a message but this was different. She didn’t even read my messages for fucks sake. Yes, I said messages, with a “s”, now stfu. It was just 2. You’re probably thinking “he should just get the hint and forget about it” right? Well I can’t.

I’m currently wearing a Levis shirt as I’m typing this because I have seen her wearing it, yeah, I got it bad.

When you know, you know right? Well I thought I knew. Yes, you know what I’m talking about... told you I got it bad right? The more I type the sadder it gets and I thought maybe writing would help but so far nothing. It’s depressing to think whenever she opens Instagram, there is a message from me that won’t be read. The last text I sent was subjected to time. I asked her whether she was done with the decorations for a party she was planning. It’s been more than 24 hours since that party was over so I bet even if she reads it, she wouldn’t reply.

Right now I’m torn between “if its’ meant to be it will be” and “if you want something go get it”. Like wtf am I supposed to do? Text her again? This is the second goddamn time. But you know what? That’s not your problem, you don’t have to answer that.
