hello, i've been needing to get this out to someone and i feel as if this is the only way how. I am a trans boy, living in a very homophobic and transphobic environment and i feel as if i am never going to get to be myself, ever. i love who i am but lately i have been having very dysphoric thoughts about my chest, curves, my more feminine features, etc. i have to deal with people misgendering me on a daily basis because i can't tell anyone that i am trans. it's getting more difficult as days go by to deal with it all by myself. i wish i could feel more confident in who i am but,,, it's very unlikely seeing as i live in a very nasty environment. anyone want to leave advice? it has gotten so bad to the point where i cannot even go one day without having internalized transphobia or crying. it's the main cause of my depression, and it's not helping that i get cyberbullied on twitter constantly.

ReplyThe road ahead is rough. We’ll fall and get hurt sometimes, but be strong til the very end. We can’t stop what other says. All we can do is live through it everyday. If you make it this far you will make it til the end.
ReplyBe proud of who you are always. It's your life and it's yours to live it. If it bothers you so much. There is always the option to move to an area where it's known to be less judgemental. Just be sure you're prepared for it and have the funds. Ask a trusted family member or someone with experience for advice. Another option is meet other people online or join a group (do some research) to find those who are also trans and maybe befriend them. It makes it alot easier to cope with your surroundings. If you have people on twitter bashing you, remove them and make it private add the people who accept you for you. Just try other alternatives.
Don't let others bring you down. Ypu can overcome this. Believe in yourself.
ReplyYou are you, and that is beautiful. There are many people out there that will love and accept you for who you are. Joining an online forum can help if you want to meet anyone who has gone through similar experiences.
