Give Mindfulness a Try

By Novni Community Member

When I was asked to join a Mindfulness class I laughed. I've heard all kinds of strange things about it.

I thought about it for a few months and decided why not. And boy am I very glad I did. The classes were twice a week with homework every night which was simply "working on yourself".

I started seeing a counselor and taking Mindfulness classes to better myself and it worked. I took that class for over 2 years and helped an enormous amount of people.

I was also asked to teach the class, but I had to say no. I was moving to another state and I couldn't teach unfortunately.

If you ever feel overwhelmed or not wanting to be alive, please first search for mindfulness. After you practice a bit of it you will be a different person feeling a lot better about yourself and your life.

I didn't think it would work for me, but it has. You might think it won't work for you either, but you won't know until you give it a try. I have gone on to make better decisions for myself and I am so very grateful!

I hope that at least one person reads this and is better off for it :) Have a great day!
