Move Mountains

By Novni Community Member

Here are a few things that have helped me that I want to share with everyone:

If you feel like all is lost and that everything that you had been striving to achieve has slipped out of your hands, then I want you to firstly believe in yourself. Believe that you are good enough. Think it or repeat it out loud. No matter how low someone else brings you down, you have the strength and power to rise each time and be triumphant.

Pick up from the bleakest possibility there is anything going the right way, and move ahead right from there. A mere belief in yourself can move mountains.

If you feel alone, or misunderstood, then try to be patient and wait for the time to pass. While the time passes, do not focus on the loneliness, because then you will only amplify that aspect of your life.

Strive to be optimistic. I realize this is easier said than done when you're feeling especially down, but all you need to do is try. Find the positives in the most unfortunate of circumstance, even if it appears entirely negative on the surface. The silver lining is there. Try to see your challenges as learning opportunities.

Learning the art of dealing with any and every situation optimistically will change your life. With the right perspective, you can mold your pain into strength.

Loneliness, Feeling Lost, Inspiration, +1
