Let’s face it, loneliness sucks. The lonelier you are, the harder it becomes to get out of your isolated funk. In this video Jodi Aman has 3 tips to help you stop feeling so lonely.
Reach Out To Someone: Go against everything you’re feeling and force yourself to reach out to someone. Try to put yourself in situations where you’ll be around people. It’s much easier said than done, but the more you surround yourself with people the less lonely you’ll feel.
Do Something With Purpose: Jodi suggests to do something for somebody else or for a good cause. This will make you feel like you matter and will help lessen the feelings of loneliness.
Improve Your Relationship With Yourself: Treat yourself the same way you would treat your best friend.
