Welcome to “Workout Wednesday” with your host, Zach Anner. Zach is a 32 year old comedian from Buffalo, New York who specializes in making you laugh.
What makes Zach uniquely different from most comedians is that he incorporates his cerebral palsy into his comedy. Sometimes you need to laugh at yourself once in awhile and see the bright side of life. Zach does just that in this video by getting out of his wheelchair to try running on a treadmill.
He knows he can’t walk well, but he tries anyways because he’s accepted his disorder and has chose to make the best of the way he was born.
Zach gives us a reminder that “You should be proud of who you are at this very moment. Even if you’re not exactly where you want to be, you’re still making progress and that’s what’s important...moving forward!”
If you’re struggling to live with a disorder, we hope Zach’s warm spirit is a comedic inspiration to you. If you’re just simply having a rough day, we hope Zach puts a lasting smile on your face too.
