ReplyDon't take it to your heart. You know.. depression is a complicated thing. I have been on both sides, so believe me I know how bad it feels for you right now. But I also understand that when someone is depressed, they can feel really worthless. They might be afraid to make you feel bad by showing their pain. Or they might be afraid that you will reject them, so they avoid you, because in their mind you did already reject them. And it might seem as if they wouldn't care, because they got better, but if you ar treated like this, then probably they are just hiding their suffering, and aren't doing well yet.
Helping someone with depression is hard, and it can hurt. But you are an awesome person to do that, you have to stay strong, and you have to know, that even if it seems as if they wouldn't value your help, believe me: it means a lot to them, if they indeed have depression. And depression is not really a visible thing, so you might never know.
Sure.. there is a chance that they are indeed just simply not valuing you, but you have to ask yourself: which one is better, to help someone who needs it, by risking to put effort into a one sided relationship or to keep yourself safe from people who do not value you, by risking to leave behind someone in need?
Both are reasonable, so I suggest to you to make this decision, based on how important is that person to you.
Either way: Stay strong, and I wish you the bests!
ReplyThanks

ReplyHow can we help you? I mean one cannot be helped until they accept help, as in you should seek help through embracing the will to help yourself on your own. Try to first of all shake things up and secondly express ur feelings and strengthen ties with ur family and friends. If they don't express their feelings back and open up to you, try get new friends. Try to get people who care about you whom you can socialise with freely.
ReplyBut but No one cares.no one worries about me .no one is loyal
ReplyThen maybe you will be the one to fill the gap and be the one loyal person.
