I have tried again-and-again, and eventhough people constantly praise me for the things I have accomplished, I feel utterely useless, and despite all my effort just nothing seems to help. I feel like a waste of everyones time and effort, and eventhough I try to gett better, I just fail to find any value in myself or anything I do. So.. how should I accept to be worthless? How should I end this suffering?

I am sorry
I am sorry I am not a good daughter. I havent done anything bad to be called a bad daughter but I havent done anything to make my parents proud. I am sorry for...
clearly you aren't useless, or else people wouldn't be offering praise for your accomplishments.

Yes, it's probably my fault.. I just don't know what to do about it. It's just.. I can't really accept any compliment.. I only take them as a sign of friendliness, and never as a sign of me doing something right..
ReplyGet the help needed to rebuild your self-esteem through therapy if nothing has worked. You don't have to accept being worthless. You may feel like that now but you don't have to with the proper and beneficial help. Most importantly the best thing to do is not listen to anyone or be around others who make you think and feel worthless, remove them out of your life and keep clear away from those who threaten your wellbeing..

I don't really want to go to therapy, because I am afraid that others would start to worry about me.
It's not the fault of others though, it's all on me, I just don't know what to do about it.
