I cleaned today. I went shopping. I went to the gym, showered, dried my hair and put on a face mask. For a week I was stuck in a rut, and now I'm out. For most this is small, but for me it's a milestone.

ReplyIt's good you can do little things that benefit to you're depression. Some people just suffer worst then others.
