So the last couple of nights I’ve been leaping out of bed in absolute horror for no reason. I’ve done this a lot before. It usually happens when I’m stressed. But it scares me. I also gasp in my sleep as well. Sometimes I wake up worried my husband has rolled over out baby so I practically push him out of the bed. Our son has never slept with us so I have no clue why I do that. It makes me scared to go to sleep because I don’t want to hurt my husband or myself. I’m trying to relax before bed but I’m terrified I will do it again. I’m losing sleep. I don’t know what to do.. 😞

Hi, sorry to hear about your sleeping issue. It sounds very stressful 😔 Perhaps there are some unresolved issues (such as anxiety or trauma) in your waking life that is causing your unrestful sleep,but I'm not a professional so I could be wrong. I hope you start to feel better soon ❤❤❤
