Life is so stressful for me right now to the point where it's making my body hurt. The only time I don't have a headache is when I'm asleep and I don't get much sleep because there are four people in my family, one of which is a baby who still doesn't sleep all night. Getting up at 3am, going to school for 7:30, getting home at 2, watching the baby until 7 when she goes to bed, then going to bed at 9 myself, and then being up again at 11, 1, and then starting all over again at 3. I need tips or a friend to vent to or something because my life is a train wreck right now. I feel like nobody understands what I'm going through, everybody says they do but yet they don't live in the same environment so they don't have nearly half the stress I have to deal with daily if at all. Feels good to get that off my chest!

I can't relate to that but maybe just endure for now. If you're a student, you'll graduate soon and that baby will soon grow. Find a motivation that will keep you motivated and lessen your stress :) Fighting!
ReplyIt is hard balancing school and family. I think it good to have a plan for the next day . Maybe write it down on paper or even on your phone . If your school and home times go in a cycle than their would or could be times in between to have time to your self. To reflect and relax. Also remember even if things get tough, it was worth it. And one day you will see your child grow up and love you dearly even more. Stay positive ! I am rooting for you .
