So here it is,
I feel disgusting. Im fat. I gained so much weight this past year and the years before. I used to think I was so big due to the perception of other girls who were skinnier around me. But I really wasn’t. I used to love sports and working out. Now I eat fast food a lot and I’m just a mess. I never take care of myself and I feel like I’ve hit rock bottom. I want to change. I want to lose weight and look good. So good. But it’s hard. Sometimes I feel like I have an eating disorder because I binge eat so much. But I’m trying. Or I guess I’m not. Because I haven’t gone to the gym. I’m going to try again though. I want to. I need to.

Relatable.
I went from being a collegiate soccer player to a couch potato. Sometimes you need to hit bottom, so you can see the places you can go from there. I’ve hit my bottom, and I’m trying to figure things out now. It takes time! Don’t get discouraged.

ReplyI understand exactly what you mean. I hate the way I look. I’m such a couch potato and I wish I wasn’t. I need to go to the gym but I feel like when I’m there I’m being looked at and judged. Maybe it’s all in my head. I’m gonna try this year. I hope I can get to a point where I love how I look. I want to finally have a sexy body that I love and one that will attract people. I understand how that sounds I’ve just never had that and I really want it. Hopefully this year it will happen.

You set your goals and what you want for you! I attract plenty! If you do it for others it doesn't work! I love my body..,just as it is...shit I would make love to me! Lol! Some are in to perfect...I would say go get perfect then...as for me...I will be me for me!

ReplyDon't get yourself too down. This time of year it's easy to overeat. I know for me I once was in really bad health, even morbidly obese. The doctors wanted to put me on medicines.
I did two major things to get myself trim and fit:
First, I decided to eat healthy. I cut out the great majority of the high sugar and other junk foods from my life. I just said enough is enough. I don't even eat most foods at fast food restaurants unless it's heart healthy. I extremely rarely even take a sip of soda, even diet. I actually became a vegan. The big thing is opting to choose what you feel is healthy for you.
The second thing I did was get on a weekly exercise routine. For me I bicycle. I pedal to and from places now I used to drive. I ended up pedaling instead of paying for gasoline.
Those two changes did miracles for me. I am back to a lean fit six-pack stomach even body weight I had in high school. I know this sounds like puffery but it actually took years off my looks. People actually always think I am younger now than my driver's license, people even thinking I am pretending to be someone else. I get people who ask if I had plastic surgery or something. (No!) I guess it's okay to feel younger unless I want to be my real age!
ReplyThat is ok for you...don't push it on others. I am ok with me...those that are not ok with me...I am ok with unless it is bullying ...I will do me...for me! Not for anyone else! It is one thing to do it for yourself ...but push it on others? I am ok with me..I am ok if you are not! So go do you...and let others do them!

ReplySo I made this post 2 weeks ago and I actually started eating really healthy and only drinking water & I lost 17 lbs already!! I’m so excited and I haven’t gone to the gym yet because my diet is always what ruined everything for me. Now that I feel it’s under control I can go back to the gym! Thanks for the encouraging words everyone!!
