I don't know what to say....probably I'm just tired...it's the weekend and I can't go see my friends because it's too cold outside and I'm sick. Is there anything I can do? Like, in the winter, if I don't keep my self busy with something I get depressed and all the bad thoughts and the worse moments of my life come to my mind to bother me and I become suicidal...
I can't help myself to stop this thing permanently from happening but I can only try to avoid it by keeping myself busy in other stuffs so that I can't have time for those negative thoughts.
Any advice? Or otherwise just tell me something that I can do even without getting up from my bed (I'm sick), I'm in short of ideas to keep myself busy

I have this all the time, I feel sad all the time I mainly listen to music and watch tv but that probably makes it worse. Try a new hobby like drawing or try and get yourself to get up! Bake some brownies or something and make a new playlist with some feel good songs. Even though it's cringey the other day I made a bucket list it's fun to come up with ideas and look forward to it in the summer. Hope I helped x
