I won't be able to have my phone at school, which means I can't listen to music, which will lead to anxiety attacks. I have to turn my phone into the office every morning and get it after school. I can't even have it during lunch. The next time I see my therapist I'm going to talk to her about it and see if she can do something to help me out.

Horrible timing

I have been struggling with Depression and Anxieties for over 20 years. Having a panic attack for me is I start breathing so heavy I can’t talk, like I’ve just sprinted the 100 yard dash. I start to vibrate all over while my stomach feels like it’s going to pack up and go in a perm instead vacation. My heart beats so fast it reminds me of how fast hummingbirds wings flap while they are flying. It is horrible. My attacks don’t stop there I have anxiety all the time it never subsided no matter what I do. I guess I’m just saying there are many people out there who struggle hard with this disorder, your not alone.
