I am stressing out too much. My mind is thinking a lot. A lot about the present and more about the future. It is even criticizing me and the situation around me as well. My mind is creative and it feels like it needs a place to burst out. If its converged or narrows down, i will be depressed and upset. And i cant focus my mind on present or on the things i am doing. i need someone with whom i could share these thoughts. Here, i don't feel anyone is willing to hear mine but everyone say their own. I listen also and sometime wanna speak out too. Just someone who could listen without any selfishness or judgement.
Life is not easy in here. I am far from my family and my comfort zone. This is my decision and my will. I believe i can do this. I believe i can survive this. Just the thing is I need to control my thoughts a bit and not think a lot. Focus on the goals, be mindful and take it easy. I believe in God, I believe in me. Everything will be fine. I can stand up against any problems or, troubles. Just think about the present and feel relaxed.
I will let my mind wander. I will let it go free. But it should be in right time. Just not always. Be calm and Grateful. Attract the positive and Manifest all dreams.
^_^
P.S. I still need some advice on how to not overthink and be focused. I truly appreciate your time for this. Thanks!

Hey, Sutter here.
So, I've been in this dilemma before myself. Focusing nowadays is tough considering how much we can be stimulated by. One thing that's helped me through those times of difficulty is just taking it one chunk at a time. We're all our own worst critic, but we can't be held down by the past, or the future... I recommend a good book, "The Power of Now." Take a moment for a deep breath, inhale.....exhale, and just know that in this very moment, you are alright. Maybe tomorrow will be a good day, and if not there will be better days ahead.
