I know from experience and training how to do things properly regarding software development, but all developers around me think they know how to do things too and they keep running into the same problems on every single project. I'm exhausted and frustrated of repeating to them the way they should be doing things, explaining why they get into those problems, how to prevent them, and how to solve them, but they just won't listen. It's like they don't really care. They are always to busy creating a new problem with there provenly bad practices instead of taking the time to fix their prices so that they can stop making mistakes. It is really sad to see my team mates fall again and again. The only reason I'm still working there is because it's a well paid job, but after a year of seeing no progress and no change in their attitude, I'm considering going back to working alone at home, but with the frustration of not having been able to connect my ideas with team. It's just so exhausting having to look for evidence and documentation on every detail of the job just try to make them understand what they are doing wrong. It's like trying to convince someone that their religion is wrong.
