I fell and injured my foot two weeks ago. I can walk, but it still hurts. Yesterday, I decided to walk since I was told that exercise is good for injuries. I walked for 22 minutes. And now today I feel it. My foot hurts. And it’s near the end of the day, so I’m tired and feeling that hurt more intently. I just put ice on it through a towel, and it feels better, but still. I’m tired of my foot hurting. I just wish it would heal already!

ReplyI was venting about my foot hurting. But you’re definitely right, I should go to my doc. I was kinda waiting to see if it healed, but it’s already 2 weeks, and it hurts still. So, yeah, definitely need to go see my doc tomorrow. I’m just so nervous that it’s broken. :(
