I drank 24 oz of water in one sip, I am listening to meditation music and I tried to stretch...But I am still feeling anxious. I have 2 projects due by tomorrow, I also have a final exam to study for tomorrow. If I fail any of these in my junior year, my grades will drop lower, I won't be able to get admission into my favorite foreign college, and have to stay in this country for debts and student loans. I had a horrible SAT Score, I am re-taking that and I know I'll do worse, I am also giving my SAT Subject test for Chem, Bio, Physics, and Math II. I feel immensely stressed out and I am unable to relax so I can accomplish at least my two projects and study for my final which is all tomorrow. It is 8:01pm right now and I also need to sleep early. Lord, help me. Someone calm me down, I need more water intake. *Breathes*
I need to inhale/exhale deeply, relax...

ReplyYes, if worrying will not do me any good, then I need to not worry. Thank you for reminding me that thought in mind, I have decided to take a ten minute break right now.
