Just feel so rubbish I dont really know how to leave the feeling. Got a hard situation at home as I have a parent living with me, my job can be stressful and ever since the ex left it's like life just seems to have stopped. I've started getting a really concerning feeling in my chest and found out it's something called ectopic beats and some nights I just cant sleep at all. I mean I literally sit up all night. Theres so much I'd like to do and so many places I'd like to visit but sometimes I feel like I'm just sat here in this same old ground hog day of a life. Dont you ever wish you could just pause life and have 5 minutes away from your own path :/

Withdrawing myself
My boyfriend told me I was “learning quickly” meaning I was going fast which made me reevaluate myself and made me overthink and think I was going too fast...
It seems hard/ difficult now but this will eventually change. You just need to keep searching for that silver lining. Never give up, because when you do, you have failed yourself of a better life. Sometimes we need to go do irrational things. Runaway, get on a plane, jump into a car and go somewhere. Get a break from life. Make your life a movie. Life sucks but it's up to you to make it better.
ReplyFind something you love to do, I like listening to music, because it just cancels out the world, or maybe, try to read a book, or play an instrument, or even painting, theres usually a solution to everything, if you don't have time to find something you like to do, then maybe when you can't fall asleep at night take 10 minutes and just think, think about everthing and try this thing called 4-7-8 breathing method, it's when u put your tounge just on the tissue of your mouth right behind your front teeth, and breathe in threw your nose then hold for seven seconds then breathe out of your mouth for eight seconds while making a whishing noise in your mouth do that every night and see if it helps.
ReplyYeah I know what you mean. To just get away. To breath in fresh air and not have any thoughts in my head about my past or future. It would be nice to be someone else just for a moment.
