I am a Type A person who has always had anxiety, I'm very serious and I'm trying to loosen up. I have SO much stuff happening between now and June 2020 and I am so stressed that it feels like it is killing me. I'll try to keep this as short as possible: I'm planning my wedding (so many meetings and details), my coworker abandoned me right before we have to process 800+ applications in less than a month for the medical school I work at, my fiance has his medical school residency application to fill out (if anything is wrong, he doesn't match), graduation for him, the wedding, and moving to wherever he gets into. There are so many details and I'm terrified of missing something and it's making my heart race, I'm crying all the time, I feel sick to my stomach.
My fiance has always believed in medications for everything, his whole family are on multiple things. He's also not extremely supportive when I am anxious so I have been downplaying it around him. I want to try more natural things - please tell me what helped you or just tell me what you think. I like honesty, don't feel like you need to sugarcoat anything.

I'm not sure how much this will help you but it's what I do. I have an alter ego, meaning that when I'm in stressful situations, I imagine that I'm this amazing super human that can do anything. The trick is to really believe it and get into this character, whoever you create. Be it a celebrity, a superhero, or just a character you made up, as long as that character makes you feel stronger. Hope this helps, good luck! xx
