How does one find motivation. Or even happiness? I’ve been trying to find both of them for a while with no success. This has led me to sleepless nights, “panic attacks,” not doing class work and unwanted stress. As well as random spouts of anger.

Do the things you are scared to do, things that you are having second thoughts on, things that you are holding back on. Don't be scared of the outcome, just do it. You will find motivation along the way.

ReplyIf you feel demotivated it's okay. It doesn't mean you are useless. There will come a time that youll experience such emotions. But you'll get by. Maybe you just need to reset your life. Reflect.

Happiness is not something that we need to search for or get it..
You can try some meditation, which can be relax you and help you with your sleep
