Hello everyone. I have been having more and more panic attacks everyday because of school and my parents scold me for it. I have an extremely difficult time remembering information even if it’s written down. I forgot so many things today it’s scary and my parents push the blame on me and don't try to help me. I almost had a panic attack in the kitchen a few moments ago and my mom yelled at me because she has guests over. What, helping your child out with a mental disorder is worse than just letting her spaz out in front of your guests?
Any tips on how to have less panic attacks?
