Everyday is becoming harder. I'm finding it difficult to get out of bed, eat, and talk to my family or friends. All I want to do is stay in bed and cry.
I dont want to let these depressive thoughts and emotions take over my life, I want to fight through it but I dont know how.

Set new task for each day.It could be anything watching a movie, Reading a book, going for a walk, making a diary entry, anything .This way you will have something to look forward to.
Replymy best advice would be to get a bit of organisation into your life. for example wake up at the same time everyday then maybe have a nice refreshing drink then maybe even do a bit of exercise, even going for a 5 minute walk. from my experience, if you have a good start to the day, the rest of it will be better! and i know this doesn’t sound appealing but try and force yourself to do things you don’t want to do then the more you do it, the easier it should become and every time you do something that you didn’t want to do, reward yourself! take everything day by day - even hour by hour.
ReplyIt really depends on what works for you. Some people find inspiration in organization. I personally know that the THREE TIMES I WENT THROUGH THAT; me knowing exactly what I had to do and when I had to do it only made it worse. I liked doing new things and ending up in places I didn't intend to go. When you start to feel like that (I could be totally missing the mark, but hear me out), it might be time for a big change. Whether that's a new group of friends, a new job, a long vacation, or anything else to get a change of scenery really; it might really do some good! Sometimes making a big change can be difficult, don't depress yourself more by overthinking it, often times it helps to be pushed into one of those things, it's less stressful if you just go with the flow.
Wishing you the best,
