i’m about to go back to school and just the thought of it is scaring me. my happiness has really been the focus of my attention recently and i feel as if i have just got to a place where i’m really enjoying life. next week i have to go back to school and get tested and homework and all of that which will obviously put heaps of stress on me. i know that this will have a major effect on me and honestly i don’t know what to do. As i’m in one of my final years everything all of a sudden has become very real and i’ve always thought i would do alright in my GCSEs but i just completely failed 3 major subjects and am now doubting everything. i don’t know how to cope with my mental health and school life at the same time. i want to put my happiness first but have to do well at school and know they can’t both be possible at the same time.
