I have an exam in one day, and the amount of stress I feel because of it is consuming me really. It really feels like I will fail, and everytime I start reading a book I feel like I go in a deeper spiral and start understanding less. It's just really hard for me to stay focused now.
I blame it on the fact that I spent most of my semester high because my mental health was shit, I am actually interested in the subject but my self esteem is just getting lower now and I feel like I can't do anything to raise it before the exam.
The whole stress of this makes me feel like I will go back to weed, even tho I haven't smoked in over a month now, after having used up almost a whole year smoking 3-4 times everyday.
Don't know what's the point of me writing all of this here but I just felt like I want to rant about some stuff, would be great if you have any advice on how to boost myself up before the exam.

Read what you have to study over and over again as many times as you can, and hopefully it will stay in your memory. If you stop telling yourself you will fail and be positive about this exam you will have a much better chance of passing it. Please don't go back to weed because it can affect you mentally and you don't need that. Now tell yourself you are good enough to pass this exam.
ReplyI think you can do it. I believe in you too:)
Exams are hard to handle, just remember that 20 years from now the score on this exam won't matter. And if that doesn't cheer you up, then just take things one at a time. It's one more test, just a few more questions. And i think that with your 1 month of clean time from weed, you should be plenty proud of yourself. I mean, I'm super proud of you, and you're a complete stranger lol. Overall, just try your best, and be proud of what you've been able to accomplish. And if you get a bad score on your exam, just remember that there's nowhere to go but up:) Good luck dude, luv ya.(dont be afraid to reach out to friends and family for help either, k)
