ever since middle school ive struggled with my weight . no , there isnt anything medically wrong . ive just despised the way i looked weather it was my face , my tummy , even my hair . ive tried diets and everything of that sort & nothing . im just so tired of looking in the mirror and being disgusted with what i see .

This is the matter of finding the right diet and exercise program for you. Please talk to a nutritionist. It is important that you eat low calorie healthy food and exercise every day, You can even join a gym if that will help. You must stick to a healthy way of eating without cheating. No takeaways at all. No cakes or sugary biscuits. No candy, lollies, sweets, or chocolate at all. Try to find a calorie counting book so that you know what you can and can't eat. Also stick to exercising every single day for a certain amount of time. No missing days because you don't feel like it! watch the weight drop off. Keep thinking how healthy you will be and how lovely you will look in nice clothes.
