I feel like I’m so worthless. All of my friends say I’m a healthy weight but I feel fat all of the time. I’m 14 y/o and I weigh 146lbs. I’m 5’8”. I’ve looked on BMI calculators and it says that im a healthy weight but all of my weight is carried on my stomach/thighs. I’ve been thinking about fasting so can someone pls tell me how to lose weight fast?

you dont need to lose weight, you need to see a doctor and talk about these feelings. other wise it could lead to anorexia. please seek help before it gets that bad your a perfect size for your age and height.
