Following brain surgery and gamma radiation a few years ago, I had extensive nerve damage. Then I had issues with a nuerologist in Houston not wanting to evaluate me. I didn't know what to do so in response to my troubles, I wrote the words to a song called "the Brave."
The song lyrics says: It's true that when it rains it pours and when your heart feels it can't take much more know that you can survive any storm.
Don't worry yourself when somebody does you wrong. Life's a stage where we all learn to perform.
Be strong know the brave takes a stand just like Malala a women from Pakistan.
(Malala was shot in the head by Taliban and not only survived but went on to win the noble prize. )
The song continues: So get up go out and show your strength, some battle are yours not anyone else.
For me this song has become a great source of Strength. In the last few days I have been feeling unwell with Brain issues.
I awoke early thinking I need a brain scan but concerned about cost, what the scan might show, I am hesitant. For the panic, the anxiety, all the side effect the surgery caused I wrote the Brave. The words of the song came to my mind and quieted the other troubling thoughts. Be Strong, some trouble are yours not any one else, my songwriting has been extremely therapeutic, beyond what I could articulate.

So what do you do after you've had brain tumors and nerve damage following gamma radiation. What do you do after a neurologist refuses to see you while you're dealing with all these issues?
How do you abate your anxiety you're headaches and nausea and troubling thoughts of the cost of your treatment? One woman claimed that by writing song lyrics she was able to cope with nerve damage and anxiety. She said she wrote lyrics to a song called the Brave to soothe herself. That when she recalls the lyrics to her songs it replaces her other thoughts. That by feeding her mind with encouragment that has helped her to cope. In her song lyrics The Brave is wrote that it's true that when it rains it pours and when you feel you can't take much more know that you can survive any storm. Don't trouble yourself when somebody does you wrong. Life's a stage where we all learn to perform. She said she recalled that Malala was shot in the head by Taliban and not only survived but went on to win the Nobel prize. So her song continues: Be strong know the brave takes a stand just like Malala a women from Pakistan. Be strong know the brave unravels lies and bravery is needed to take a stand in life.
She says that through song writing she has found love, strength and care. Whatever she needs to enable her to cope with her on going issues.

The Taliban should not have shot Malala. Since she was so keen on going to dreadful horrible waste of time school they should have sent her and said, "See how you like it."
